My story

As the sixth child in my family, I grew up in an environment where sincere love was the foundation on which we built our lives. Instead of focusing on problems, we always looked for opportunities that allowed us to grow. My father's wisdom instilled in me a positive outlook on the world and a conviction that I could get something valuable out of every deed. My childhood was simple, but full of an irresistible desire to discover what was beyond our reach. Mandin's quote has a particularly special place in my heart: 'I will persevere until I succeed. The pain will pass. The payment lasts forever."

Even though I grew up in a remote region, I decided that I would not be limited by a predetermined destiny. I chose to enter the world as an entrepreneur, not as a servant. My commitment was clear - I would work not only for myself but also for the well-being of others, thereby creating new opportunities.

Principles

I appreciate people who don't hide when things get tough but stand up straight and accountable. That is what I have committed myself to. When I make a promise, I keep it. I do not dwell on the past, I rather build my work, my dreams, and my visions.

Education

In addition to my professional work, I have attended several hundred seminars and workshops and have been an outside lecturer at project lectures in primary and secondary schools, universities, and regional development . I also evaluated start-up projects for a few years and registered with SPIRIT as a mentor. As times change, I am always in need of new skills, which is why my education is not yet complete.
